We are currently experiencing an issue with access permissions on our main web environment following our recent migration to Azure. As a result, some users logging in for the first time may not automatically receive the correct permissions to access staff or student–restricted pages (for example the Internal Vacancies page).

What this means for you

  • If you have successfully accessed all the pages you need, no action is required.
  • If you have attempted to access a staff- or student-restricted page and received an “access denied” message, please use the form to request the necessary permissions.
Important: Please only submit a request if you have actually tried to access one of these restricted pages and were unable to do so. We have over 30, 000 users, and only a small team is available to assign permissions — unnecessary requests will slow down the process for those who need urgent access.
